Joining Market Access at our HQ in Humlebæk, you become a part of a vibrant and growing team consisting of 10 specialists in market access and real-world evidence.

Join us in revolutionising bowel care worldwide
As a Market Access Manager, you will be dedicated to the Bowel Care portfolio and work closely with your team as well as colleagues across the organisation to ensure user access to our products. You will support Bowel Care products throughout the value chain and have significant responsibilities, including:

• Providing strategic input to product, clinical, and health economic evidence design during product development
• Assisting subsidiaries in building compelling value arguments and reimbursement strategies using clinical and health economic evidence
• Developing tools and health economic arguments for reimbursement applications and negotiations with payers
• Preparing global payer value stories and reimbursement dossiers for adaptation in local markets
• Supporting local reimbursement and market access activities
• Monitoring global reimbursement systems, dynamics, and trends

Doing so, you will travel approximately 10-15 days per year to collaborate with subsidiaries and external partners, assisting their processes and supporting reimbursement and market access projects.

Great communication skills and a passion for health sciences
You know how to navigate the intersection of health economics and healthcare systems, staying updated within this field and understanding the needs of end-users. Additionally, you possess:

• A master’s degree in health sciences, health economics, public health, or similar
• 3+ years of experience within the fields of market access and health economics
• The ability to translate scientific evidence into compelling value argumentation
• A good business sense and the ability to understand and work with quantitative arguments
• Excellent communication skills in English
