The position
As a process supporter, you will be part of our fantastic and professional support team, primarily responsible for projects and validations for two filling lines.

Your main tasks will involve:

• Handling optimizations of process data extraction and electronic batch documentation in close collaboration with the team's other members.
• Be responsible for continuously improving your team's workflows through data and providing digital solutions for improvements within your own team.
• If challenges arise in production, you may be the one driving the problem-solving process, requiring you to understand the process flow, equipment functions, and find the root cause of the problem through systematic troubleshooting.

In addition to these tasks, you will also provide support for the daily production operations with a focus on data. You will be responsible for implementing improvements and participating in projects. The work environment is dynamic yet socially relaxed and informal, emphasizing humour, engagement, and camaraderie in a busy everyday life.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Production engineering, Data Science, maybe specializing in mathematical modelling, engineering, or similar, with an interest/experience in programming.
• You may have professional experience in production, but it is important that you have worked with Power BI, databases, data analysis, data visualization, and possibly have experience with SQL.
• You should have a strong quality and compliance mindset and enjoy taking the lead in new improvements.
• You should be structured, quality-conscious, and committed to your work while being able to complete tasks before the deadline, meeting GMP requirements.
• You should be a strong communicator in both Danish and English.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
• You have a positive outlook on the challenges that work life may present.
• You should thrive on working independently and be able to collaborate in groups across departments and organizations.

About the department
You will be part of PS AM, which is engaged in the production of pen fills on conventional line fillers. We are approximately 250 dedicated employees in the department, all of whom work daily at our site in Bagsværd. In our department, we closely collaborate across teams and professional boundaries to ultimately contribute to the production of products of the highest quality.
