Join to support our internal stakeholders in negotiating and working with our many vendors, ensuring that we land the best deals and at the same time coordinate the relationship with our partners in the best interest of the involved parties.

As our new Senior Procurement Manager, your mission will be to oversee the procurement activities for key suppliers in facilities, logistics, production, property and consultancy services. You will be making cost savings and service improvements through negotiation with these suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that Indirect Procurement sources and drives a comprehensive vendor database enabling competitive value for the spend in support of the company strategy
• Providing prompt and commercially sound support to internal stakeholders
• Develop results and vendor performance based on negotiations, continued compliance as well as ongoing benchmarking and data analysis
• Drive and implement procurement activities within categories/areas in line with strategic direction and in close corporation with key internal stakeholders
• Promote a “wise spend” mindset across the company
• Sourcing new suppliers ensuring optimal vendor partnerships at all times
• Ensure vendor compliance and performance
• Using and driving spend data analysis and process governance controls

What you bring
We imagine that you are a business-oriented person who has an exceptional good sense for a good deal and a highly self-motivated, who can shape processes and negotiations.

Moreover, you bring:

• Solid experience with preparation/negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Procurement experience, with a wide category experience.
• Solid business understanding (with a good sense for a great deal).Experience with coordinating and influencing processes and negotiations.
• Ability to handle time/task pressures in a busy business environment.
• Positive “can do” attitude
• Comprehensive collaborator Positive communication and analytic skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP.

What we offer
You will join our Corporate Commercial team in either Struer or Kongens Lyngby while reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Legal, Brand Protection & Indirect Procurement. You will collaborate with important internal stakeholders from most of our locations including Struer, Lyngby, Singapore and local sales offices.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.

Location: Struer, Denmark or Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.

Travel: Approx. 5%
