Pandora is currently looking for an ambitious student assistant to join our Global Consumer Insights team. At Pandora the Global Consumer Insights Team is the voice of the consumers within the organisation ensuring that Pandora keep the consumers at heart. We strive for business impact by blending strategy, research and analytical methodologies to shape the future of Pandora. We take complex business problems, build business recommendations and translate insights into actions.

The main part of your role as Student Assistant will be to support work associated with Pandora’s ongoing consumer and brand tracking (e.g., brand image, consumer and customer behaviour, category development, etc.). You will work with one of the largest brand tracker setups in Denmark, covering 16 markets and a total of approximately 90,000 yearly interviews. Together with the rest of the team, you will deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior management.

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Assist in the process of generating Pandora’s annual strategic brand tracker reports. You will be a part of the team responsible for building reports where the insights and recommendations will have a direct impact on strategic brand decisions made at the country level as well as the global level.
  • Set up surveys in our survey software. You will be responsible for setting up smaller ad hoc surveys that can be related to a project within Consumer Insights or to a project outside Consumer Insights.
  • Support on ad hoc brand tracker-related tasks. These tasks will vary in size from smaller data extractions and report creation to supporting larger strategic projects.
  • Work with internal Google data and Google Trends data. Search data from Google is used across projects and guides the business in terms of jewellery-related trends, development in brand performance, etc.
  • Support on ad hoc consumer research projects, including analysis in Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint.

We are looking for a unique and talented colleague who brings along the following

  • You are to begin the 1st year of your master's or the 3rd year of your bachelor's this summer, within Market Research, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field. A focus on Market Research (e.g., Cand.merc.EMF) will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in Excel.
  • A structured and quality-focused approach to tasks.
  • Interest in working with consumer insights and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience with market research, survey programs (e.g., Alchemer), and analysis tools (e.g., Askia Vista or SPSS) will be considered an advantage, but not required.
  • Passionate, curious colleague with a can-do attitude.
  • Thrive in a high-paced environment, detail-oriented, and a true team player.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).

In order to apply for this position, you need to currently be a student enrolled in a Danish univeristy.

Ideally the start date will be the beginning of August.
