Digital Business Transformation Finance is a department under Digital Solutions. The team are highly qualified specialist working to maintain and develop the SAP transactional and reporting landscape. In our Finance setup we are SAP software centric supported by other finance solutions. We have an ambitious multiyear roadmap shaping the future of finance including new technologies such as SAP S/4HANA. Solutions and processes are important parts of building the "fit-for-the-future"and fit-for-purpose" capabilities to achieve our goals and ambitions in the Finance vision.

Responsibilities

• Being a trusted digital finance business partner providing value-adding consultancy and recommendations to the Vestas Finance Community
• Serving as the digital authority and enabler of CFO Project Portfolio Management, leading and co-leading successful deliveries of strategic and operational initiatives
• Driving digitalization, simplifications, process standardization and improving systems & data models
• Supporting the consolidation of activities to continue our Vestas Global Business Services journey
• Establishing a strong digital process governance to ensure compliance
• Supporting cross functional process design and trade models
• Delivering value through collaborative and agile alignment of business and digital priorities, scope, and roadmaps through a product backlog

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree within Financial Management, Cand. Merc. or similar with Minimum 8 years' working experience with finance processes and systems in a global company
• Experience working with project management, change management, communication and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical skills, ability to structure work with complex problems and derive solutions
• Experience with Finance Process mapping
• Experience with cost controlling
• Experience working with SAP (SAP S/4HANA is good to have)
• Lean Six Sigma Certified, Yellow and Green belt trained or knowledge in process improvement methodologies is good to have
