Regulatory Student Assistant
Do you want to learn how to keep delicious Sun Lolly’s and fruit drinks on the sunny side of the law across the globe? Would you like to experience hands-on how much work goes into an ingredient list or a nutrition box for a label?
The Position
We are happy to offer a new position as a student assistant in our Global Regulatory Affairs team, lasting six months. Startup will be as soon as possible, preferably in August. The position is 10-20 hours per week on average, depending on your availability. You will be able to schedule your work around exams, holidays etc.
If you are interested in the regulatory aspects behind food manufacturing and food marketing, and you are eager to learn, then this is a unique opportunity to get experience and a head start in your career within a global FMCG operator.
You will enjoy a broad variation in your assignments and thereby learn many aspects of regulatory affairs. You will do administrative tasks while assisting your colleagues and take on own tasks that meet your skills and ambitions. In Global Regulatory Affairs we cover the full workflow from approval of raw materials, checking formulations, to transforming formulations into specifications and product labels on final products on the shelves.
Our team consists of six people, operating out of our headquarter in Frederikssund.
We work in close collaboration with several functions and with colleagues around the world – a true international environment with global reach. English is business language.
The Profile
The ideal candidate is a student of Food Engineering, Food Science, Food Chemistry or equivalent with a special interest in food regulatory work. As a person you are self-driven, proactive and possess strong collaboration skills. You have an eye for details while not losing overview of your tasks. Fluent English in speech as well as writing is a must. If you read and write Arabic, we consider it an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite.
