We are looking for an experienced Controller for an interim manager full-time project. Our client is a trusted one, whom we solve interim projects for. You will be working with a team of Controllers ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

The Company

The Project
The Group controlling team is responsible for the group consolidation, internal financial data model and external reporting of the company. The function is part of the Global Accounting team and plays a pivotal role towards senior management and Business finance ensuring timely, correct and complete financial transparency and reporting, also when acquiring and integrating businesses in our global platform. The team is located at the HQ.
Key responsibilities
As Controller you will take responsibility for:
- Preparing the monthly group consolidation, including controlling and reporting of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow
- Establish and build tools to support one global financial data model and continuous improvement in the data quality
- Supporting the senior management with ad hoc analyses and financial controlling of group and entity reported figures
- Participate in preparing selected management and board reports and presentations
The Candidate
As an experienced Controller you have a strong interest and flair for technology and data with an educational background as M.S. in finance, auditing or accounting. Alternatively, you have a diploma degree within the relevant area Business Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a group financial controller
- Solid knowledge of consolidation models and systems; preferably experience from implementation of consolidation systems
- Super user in both SAP and MS Office, especially advanced user of excel (macros, VBA etc.)
- Proven experience with consolidation systems and SAP or similar systems
Languages: Spoken and written English and Danish
