The position ​
As an Agile People Leader, we expect you will ensure a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work environment, while keeping the team motivated for high performance. You will also lead regular communication and engagement with stakeholders and provide strategical workforce planning guidance to the department’s leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Head of Product Area/Program Leadership team
  • Being responsible for short-term and long-term forecasting of workforce demand within area
  • Facilitating constructive dialogue with senior stakeholders and teams in relation to career progression planning and organisational competency requirements
  • Coaching and mentoring of colleague to unlock further personal growth
  • Inspiring teams to cope with the constant transformation Novo Nordisk is in

Additionally, you are expected to demonstrate situational leadership and have the capability to build the area from the ground up.

Which competencies to bring?
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years leadership experience from similar job
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies, preferably in a leadership role
  • Previous track record of effective management and development in diverse environment
  • Proven ability to provide strategic advice on workforce planning

The team waiting for you
As part of Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), our area is the strategic function that is responsible for driving DD&IT initiatives across our production sites in Novo Nordisk as well as our supply chain operations worldwide.

In our area, we are ambitious in maturing the Novo Nordisk Supply Chain target architecture, to ensure that our SAP ERP Core and Supply Chain Systems develop in accordance with the future technology needs. Here you will get the opportunity to bring your skills and experience to the table and be part of driving the digital agenda.

Your future department consist of people working as part of our Agile delivery organisation, creating business value across the Novo Nordisk Supply Chain, supporting the production and delivery of our products.
