PharmaRelations Group searching for an experienced CFO to take part in a fast growth journey within Life Science consulting
PharmaRelations – the Life Science Consulting Group has operations in all Nordic countries from seven offices in Life Science hubs. We are the Nordic full-service partner to the industry and our mission is to support the growth and development of Life Science through our various talent and advisory services. We work closely together across the Nordic countries and serve our clients with scope and edge. We have a turnover 330 MSEK and have 260 employees across the Nordics. We are a fast grower and are doubling our size organically every 3 years.

We are looking for an experienced all-round CFO to act as a close partner to the CEO and playing a key role in the development and growth of the company.

The role includes responsibility for all financial and administrative issues in the Group, a broad role that includes Finance, IT, Purchasing, Payroll and HR issues. Acquisitions will be part of the growth journey and practical experience from M&A and integration of companies is important. We are looking for a person that masters both accounting and controlling, preferably with knowledge of group accounting (sw Koncernredovisning). The CFO will be a key person in the Management Team and present to the board and prepare board meetings.

The role is based at Frösundavik, Solna.

To be successful in the role, we believe you will have the following:
Previous experience
· Experienced CFO from previous similar CFO role

· Broad background from both accounting and controlling, driving strategic and budget processes

· Nordic experience

· M&A practical experience

Personal competencies
· Strong drive, prepared to play a key role together with the CEO in growing and developing the company

· Action orientation and decisiveness

· High financial and digital competence

· Structured and strategic in mindset
