Support the Global Store Network & Franchise Management Team as a Business Partner
As Commercial Network Finance Analyst, you are expected to take a strong personal ownership in driving best practices globally in order to enable top and bottom-line growth through the Pandora store network strategy and execution. Enabling top and bottom-line growth is delivered through supporting the Network Finance Manager, the Franchise & Network Management Team and the local property/Network team on the store network strategy & execution. You will support the optimization of the retail store network and provide analyses and recommendations for store openings and closings, lease renewals and similar. Furthermore, you will be a part of the budgeting/forecasting and monthly reporting process related to the impact coming from the Network expansion.

Thus, you will be a key player in supporting commercial network excellence and your key accountabilities will be to:

• Improve the quality of decision making through insights gained from analysis
• Work closely with cluster Finance Directors/managers, Property Directors and Global Network & Franchise Team
• Develop and improve internal tools and processes
• Develop and deliver business analysis and insights
• Create reports and conduct ad-hoc data analyses
• Drive best practices across clusters & strive to optimize global business partnering with local teams
• Support the tracking of forecasting process of the impact coming from the network development

Your new team
The purpose of the Global Commercial Finance function is to provide strategic advice and challenge the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) organization to help drive and impact business performance. The team is forward looking and creates value by improving the quality of decisions, which are made through insights and challenge. Global Commercial Finance works closely with Cluster Finance Directors (and General Managers) and their teams to drive global priorities (retail excellence, network strategy, store management etc.). As a Network Finance Analyst, you will report to the Network Finance Manager

Pro-active and self-driven with a critical mindset
We expect to meet a pro-active, self-driven team player with strong communication and effective relationship building skills. You are data literate with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail and you have good business acumen and a critical mindset.
Furthermore, we envision that you have:

• A master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
• Minimum 2 years’ experience from a similar position – experience from retail, fashion or FMCG is considered a plus
• Experience with turning data into insights and communicating these through reports, dashboards and presentations
• Experience with stakeholder management and communicating to senior management
• MS Excel skills, experience with Power BI and Oracle Hyperion considered as a plus
