Ticketbutler - who dat? 🤔
At Ticketbutler, we work with tech in the event industry. We work to make life easier for event organizers, improve the guest experience, and push the event industry in a greener direction. We prioritize customer service as much as we prioritize ongoing product development. Currently, we offer a ticketing system that you probably have used to purchase tickets at some point and a name badge printer that prints name badges when they check in at the door. Maybe you've already seen the Ticketbutler name badge printer at TechBBQ, Presidents Summit, or one of the hundreds of events it has been used for.

Your role 🤘🏻
We are steadily growing, and you will be our 18th butler on the team. Your primary role is to be the dedicated person to both developing and executing our new strategic partnership strategy. Our current strategic partners are other Event Tech providers where our collective products and services gives a increased value for our shared customers. We have now proven several successful strategic partnerships and we're ready to structure and scale it utilizing our current knowledge and experience plus your brainy brain and eagerness to make this a solid sales channel for Ticketbutler.

Parts of "developing" the partnership strategy are to map the partnership landscape, formulate key points for the marketing material, and developing a structure for onboarding and nurturing partners.

Parts of the "executing" are to execute the strategy (surprise 👊🏻) and take the full process from reaching out to potential partners until closing them, onboarding them, nurturing them, and growing them.

It sounds like a huge responsibility. And it is. But you'll be accompanied by working directly with me as well as our Head of Sales Bjarke until you're ready to take full responsibility for the partnerships 💪🏻

About you 🤗
We imagine that you:

  • Have some kind of experience working with strategic partners.
  • Might have some kind of sales experience – but not required.
  • Love speaking with new people and understanding them.
  • Feeling confident to reach out to new potential strategic partners.
  • Are resilient and coachable.

We recruit based on the individual, where chemistry and enthusiasm is the key. Therefore, your education is not extremely important.

Ticketbutler culture 🤙🏻
The culture is relaxed with a startup vibe, there is craft beer in the fridge, and there are regular social gatherings in the office. You decide when you work from home and when you come into the office – though expect being in the office in the onboarding phase. We also have a very forgiving error culture - or rather, we almost prefer to make mistakes! We love to experiment, so you are welcome to try things out through the "trial-and-error" method, and you will never be alone in that. If you need guidance or support, we are always just a "Hey" or a Slack message away. Additionally, Slack channels are filled with emojis and gifs.

The terms 🤝
What you can expect:

  • 2-3 days of work physically in the HQ office.
  • The HQ office is in Copenhagen, but you can also work alongside Head of Sales Bjarke from Western Jutland (Herning/Ringkøbing/Skjern).
  • Full time.
  • You can place the work hours whenever you want as long as it fits the task.
  • You don’t have to speak Danish.
