Join our innovative Customs Implementation team
Based in Denmark, Poland or the UK, you will join our Group Customs unit, and more specifically, the Implementation team. We are currently 3 team members, aiming to expand to a core team of 4-5 people – supported by a 5-person Superuser Team in Poland.
Together we work with the global implementation of a state-of-the-art customs platform, leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. Our various professional strengths make for a dynamic and knowledge sharing environment.

Drive projects, train teams, and optimise processes
You will be responsible for one country roll-out at a time, as will the rest of the team, ensuring ongoing contact and follow up as well as implementation. Currently, we have a 5-week implementation period, and we aim to get that down to 3 – so you will also have a valuable stake in optimising our approach and constantly evaluating and sharing knowledge in the team.

Your key tasks will be to handle:

  • Project management, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, e.g. technical business analysts, data scientists, and developers
  • Training to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Stakeholder management, aligning with local and global stakeholders on goals and priorities to ensure successful adoption
  • Risk mitigation, identifying and addressing risks and issues that may impact implementation

This role will take you travelling around 30 days a year to the sites where you are responsible for implementation. We will of course schedule any traveling well in advance, ensuring the timing fits both the project and your private life.

You have an appetite for learning and a solid drive
Most importantly, you are ready to step into an environment, where learning on the go is essential, and adaptability is key. You have the courage to fail, learn from it, and come back even stronger. And with a great sense of cultural respect, you have the diplomacy and under needed when you work with people all over the world.

In terms of your professional qualifications and experience, we are open to your background –whether you are a recent graduate or have 10+ years of experience. We are eager to hear from you, if you can if you can check off one or more of the following:

  • Customs experience with either a tech understanding or implementation know-how
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Tech-savviness, and a solid grasp of platform technology. Familiarity with API/EDI integrations and AI & OCR will put you one step ahead of the game
  • Project management skills from leading complex projects and coordinating teams
  • Stakeholder management
