The Job
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex projects from start to finish. With your unique skills and perspective, you can handle challenges and deliver great results. You will make sure that all projects are completed on time, within the agreed scope, and within budget. Our projects vary from simple custom products to large platforms, involving embedded and PC software development. A technical background along with strong project management skills are therefore required.

“You will create clear goals and plans, ensure timely delivery, maintain high quality, and optimize resource allocation. You will inspire and support your team members, manage the expectations and interests of various stakeholders both within the project team and across the DEIF organisation, fostering involvement, commitment, and success”, explains Vice President, Janne Villumsen.

You will be part of our PMO and work alongside other project managers and have plenty of opportunities to share knowledge and bring new ideas to the table.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing product development projects that include hardware, software and mechanics.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and/or other project management methodologies.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is highly desirable.

You are a person who takes initiative and thinks strategically, always thinking ahead and ready for any challenges or opportunities that may arise. You can organise your work effectively, balancing multiple priorities and projects at the same time. Moreover, you have a knack for inspiring and motivating your team, creating a supportive and collaborative working environment.
