We’re searching for a new colleague for our Business Intelligence (BI) team, who is responsible for defining and developing BI and analytics solutions across our Enterprise division at Jabra, a part of GN.

We connect business and technology and enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise business to increase our global reach and help achieve our mission of making life sound better.

How you’ll contribute to the team
As our new BI Consultant at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join 1 of 3 teams within the Global Data & Analytics umbrella. All 3 teams foster a collaborating, supporting and enthusiastic environment, creating a great team spirit – where we enjoy a good laugh as much as a discussion on the hottest topics in BI.

You will help set the structure our reporting landscape, help build the data models and front-end solutions to expose our wealth of internal and external data. You and your team will also bring valuable business insights to a range of decision-makers in the organization, ranging from the top-level management to our front-line employees.

To do this, you will collaborate with your colleagues across the organization to understand the needs for insights - and translate these needs, into BI solutions. More specifically, you will:

• Develop automated BI reporting solutions in Power BI and star schema models using SQL.
• Collaborate closely with IT for new data source, staging of data and governance.
• Scope use cases, define target audience and purpose of reports as well as creating mock-ups to align expectations with stakeholders.
• Define new data areas to develop and integrate into the analytics environment, the next level of analytics capabilities and new opportunities to mature advanced analytics solutions.

You are a data professional with proven experience of engaging with many stakeholders. Your keen eye for structure, desire to make an impact, and your natural ability to collaborate, make you the ideal candidate for raising the bar for our global BI standards.

Moreover, we image that you:

• Have solid experience with Power BI, SQL for analytics and star schema modeling.
• Can consider and advocate for striking the right balance between supporting business needs and managing tech complexity.
• Enjoy collaborating closely with non-technical business colleagues to find user-friendly solutions.
  

Fluent written and spoken English skills
