Lead Enterprise Security Architect

Join us in this role where you’ll drive Infrastructure and Security Architecture strategies, frameworks, reference, and target architectures across the domain disciplines in alignment with IT Strategy, and ensure anchoring and implementation in roadmaps. Your responsibility will be to set the direction for our infrastructure and cloud portfolio, assessing technologies, and anchoring these initiatives across the Group to achieve synergies and enable opportunities through regular engagement with other architects and stakeholders in our delivery organisation.

You’ll be part of our Enterprise Infrastructure & Security Architecture Centre of Excellence focused on the architectural disciplines across the domain where you, together with your colleagues, will support the company’s ambition of creating a world that runs entirely on green energy through specific, well-thought-out initiatives. Our Architecture & Technology Community consists of more than 110 architects working with the business to ensure great cohesion and establish a platform for high-quality knowledge sharing where we share and retrieve input as well as facilitate Communities of Practices across the discipline.

As a team, we are curious about technology and constantly seek to update our knowledge within our domains to push for shift-left and DevSecOps. We have a strongly knitted team, where we focus on both professional learning opportunities and our social engagements and humour.

You’ll play an important role in:

• developing principal architectures for IT and OT domains, incl. production facilities that guardrails the secure design of network and infrastructure in alignment with the overarching direction
• anchoring secure network principles, such as segmentation, remote access, and data flow protection, into architectural directions and principal designs
• codeveloping strategic plans that outline the long-term vision for network and infrastructure security in IT and OT, aligning with business objectives
• maintaining and continuously developing strong partnerships with our IT department and our delivery organisation, ensuring that directions and principal designs are aligned, communicated, and followed
• prioritisation and development of relevant epics and technology enablers within our delivery organisation to obtain synergies, reduce risks, and increase efficiency
• providing architectural support on initial design processes and anchoring products and technologies to improve and implement overall architecture services and designs.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are passionate about architecture, technology, and strategy, and want to further enable IT and OT to increase business value, impact processes, and create value
• have experience with infrastructure automation architecture and deployment
• are experienced in developing IT and OT network and infrastructure architectures, incl. security architectures and closely related principles
• possess a solid background in setting directions and guidelines for the secure design of IT and OT network and infrastructure
• are well-versed in compliance and industry standards, such as NERC CIP, NIS, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and Purdue, and have experience in incorporating these into architecture deliverables
• can drive and communicate complex problems and topics in a clear and concise manner to relevant technical as well as non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
