The opportunity and what we offer
Formalize is on a hyper growth journey with a series A funding round in the back and we have to hire extensively in the next 20 months. You will be joining our team of +100 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start.

Our hiring pace is high and you would take part in expanding our Sales teams in Madrid (DACH, Benelux & Spanish teams) from 30 to 50 people. Seize this distinctive chance and join an existing People team in Aarhus, Denmark, consisting of 6 people. You’ll be the first member of the People-team in Madrid!

Responsibilities
As our new Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the first employee in our People team in Madrid with close collaboration with the General Manager in Madrid and our People team in Denmark.

Your responsibilities:

  • End-to-end responsibility of recruitment process of our hirings in Madrid
  • Actively ensure own sufficient talent pipeline to meet your hiring targets
  • Full responsibility of tight commercial hiring deadlines
  • Ensure excellent alignment and collaboration between you and hiring managers
  • Supporting the office in People and Culture tasks such as social events
  • Supporting with insights on compensation bands and levels
  • Other HR-related tasks

Qualifications and about you

  • Thrive in working independently, structured and human-centric
  • Strong and proven experience (Around 4-5 years) in end-to-end recruitment
  • Solid experience in LinkedIn recruitment products (corporate, recruiter, job posting)
  • Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with handling personnel matters and creating contracts is seen as a plus
  • Able to work 40 hours per week from our office in Madrid
  • Native in Spanish and fluent in English

Not a necessity, but very nice if

  • You have experience working in a scale-up or SaaS environment
  • You have experience with working in Teamtailor

Test in the recruitment process
In the recruitment process, we use talent profiles. You will therefore receive a link to the test after sending your application. All candidates who complete the test will be included in the application process.

Recruitment Process

    • Send application and upload relevant information (cover letter is appreciated)
    • Completion of personality test
    • 15-30 minutes online interview with TA Specialist
    • IQ test & case preparation for case interview
    • 60 minutes case interview with TA Specialist and CEO
    • 30 minutes in-office interview with the General Manager in Madrid
    Due to summer holidays, the process might be longer than usually, but we'll inform you along the way in the recruitment process.
