Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager who will help develop Medical Devices for the treatment of patients with blood vessel diseases all over the world.

Make your mark on global development projects
As our new Project Manager, you will lead global, interdisciplinary projects that combine classic engineering disciplines with physiological and clinical understanding. We are currently working on the development of products for the treatment of blood vessel diseases, and you will be working closely with colleagues in Denmark, USA and Ireland.

Responsibilities
Your responsibility will be to lead projects that run over 4-7 years, in all development phases until commissioning in production. Your task will be to ensure that we comply with agreed deliveries, quality and finances, and that project risks are minimized. At the same time, you use your technical insight to structure information and documentation.

This means that you:

• create an overview and progress and prioritize the most important tasks for the project team, which involves 12-15 participants/functions
• ensure a dedicated approach to very high quality standards, so patients always receive the best care
• support the importance of a correct and very high level of documentation
• Continuously report project status to management and other stakeholders in your global project team
• Work hands-on on documentation and participate with practical help to ensure progress
• Ensure a professional handover to production.

In R&D, you will have many colleagues to work with – from engineers and technicians to coordinators and other Project Managers in Bjæverskov and across other sites. You will therefore have a large network in Cook as well as the opportunity to develop in the position. As our Clinical, Regulatory and Process Development departments as well as Manufacturing are under the same roof, there is a good opportunity for joint problem solving and knowledge sharing. Our tone is informal, and humor is part of everyday life.

Qualifications
You are able to keep an overview while at the same time being able to go into detail and be responsible for documentation in a regulated environment with complex projects. You know how to motivate a project team and to get everyone on board, and at the same time you thrive on presenting projects and issues to larger or smaller groups.

In addition, you have:

• Experience in Project Management from a similar position
• Experience from a regulated industry – for example from the medical, oil, offshore, marine, automotive, food, aerospace industries or similar
• The ability to work systematically with complex, interdisciplinary issues in close collaboration with other professional groups
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management and SCRUM (is an advantage)
• Good written and spoken Danish and English skills – English is our corporate language.
