About the department
In AMSAT (Aseptic Manufacturing Science & Technology) we produce high-quality products fighting diabetes worldwide. Site Support & Improvements (SSI) is a dynamic department in Manufacturing Support, supporting our global aseptic production sites and setting the direction for the framework on performing visual inspection, innovation, and production optimisation globally. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with the IFP aseptic production sites, by implementing novel solutions based on data driven decisions and in accordance with GMP regulations.

The position
As a Global Inspection Professional in Aseptic Process Support in AMSAT, you will become a member of a broad team of Professionals and Specialists covering all aspects of the aseptic production. The team is working as a central support team for aseptic production sites all over the world, thus, you will be collaborating closely with stakeholders both locally and globally.

Specifically working as a Global Inspection Professional, you will be a part of a very resolute, dynamic, and highly skilled team.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Create and maintain global corporate documents and procedures including guidelines for qualification of equipment.
  • Update global specifications.
  • Participate in projects with external producing sites.
  • Participate in improvement projects across the organisation.
  • Support manual visual inspection process and requirements.

As the position is supporting various sites globally some travel can be expected.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:

  • An Academic Degree within science, engineering, data, pharmacy or similar.
  • Extensive knowledge within Inspection, in a GMP environment and have 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience with automated inspection and/or manual Inspection is considered and advantage.
  • Strong focus on quality and commitment to maintain ambitious standards.
  • Fluency in English.
