Professional | Full-Time | Marketing and Communications
The Cyber Engagement & Partnering team under Enterprise Cyber Security is responsible for Cyber Security Awareness & Training, Cyber Business Engagement, Cyber Communication & Media Production, Cyber Talent Attraction & Retention. You will join a team of seven enthusiastic colleagues with an informal tone and high commitment level. Your role will be interdisciplinary, as you get the opportunity to work with Cyber Communication, Cyber Talent Attraction & Retention, Cyber Awareness & Training. Your tasks within Cyber Communication are to support managers and employees with efficient communication, orchestrating cyber security awareness, and ad hoc tasks. In the Engagement & Partnering team, we have an internal media specialist that you will collaborate closely with in terms of producing various photographs and videos.

Together with Vestas' HR function, or independently, you will facilitate and participate in various Talent Attraction events at universities or career fairs. You will also define and implement Talent Retention initiatives in close collaboration with all people managers in Enterprise Cyber Security. Within Awareness & Training, you will support on various communication tasks, such as development and maintenance of our cyber security portal. You will work closely with one college in the team, who shares the same responsibilities as you.

Responsibilities
In your job, you will get the opportunity to work across the disciplines Cyber Awareness, Cyber Communication, Talent Attraction and Retention as well as Event Management.
You will:

  • Support on executing Cyber Awareness initiatives in Vestas by e.g., ensuring visibility and presence on the Vestas intranet, Security Portal and other internal channels, support on executing phishing simulation campaigns, co-create content for Cyber Awareness e-learning
  • Promote Enterprise Cyber Security activities internally in Vestas in full alignment with guidelines from the Global Communications team through e.g. campaigns and events
  • Support and participate in business partnering activities with our internal Business Partner function
  • Support and drive employer branding activities by planning, facilitating, and attending talent attraction events both in-house and external at universities and career fairs
  • Plan, orchestrate, and execute talent retention activities in close collaboration with the management team and Vestas' HR department
  • Orchestrate virtual cyber training (as a facilitator, and not instructor) in close collaboration with our cyber awareness function

Qualifications

  • Naturally you possess effective communication skills
  • You hold a relevant educational background on Bachelor or Master level within communication or similar
  • Knowledge of Information & Cyber Security is beneficial
  • Interest in employer branding is a favorable quality
  • We imagine you have a minimum of five years of relevant job experience
  • Ability to "translate" complex and technical concepts, practices, and policies into impactful, simple to understand communication
