Join us to gain and develop valuable skills within CRM as you help and support the team to drive customer loyalty, increase engagement, grow our database and commercial success.

Key responsibilities
As our new CRM Student Assistant, you will join the CRM team in Lyngby, supporting various CRM and marketing initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the markets in the planning, localization and deployment of CRM campaigns.
• Collaborating with the global marketing channels or other departments to ensure alignment across campaigns and activities.
• Managing our marketing calendar and ensuring that markets and global teams are informed of new versions.
• Design, optimize, and test email templates and language variations.
• Assist in generating comprehensive campaign reports.
• Coordinate email copy and translation requests, including preparing copy briefs and translation files.
• Support the team in organizing tasks and activities using project management tools such as ClickUp and Jira.
• Ensure CRM creative assets are delivered on time, meet all requirements, and are centralized for each campaign.
• Edit and format CRM assets using Figma.

• Are studying a master’s degree focusing on marketing, communication or digital business.
• Speak and write English fluently.
• Can work 15-20 a week, but we are flexible around your exams or other busy periods.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
