- driving forward and further developing the organisation strategy of our Malaysian office in close collaboration with IT Management and Country Management
- driving complex strategic projects for Country Management, incl. problem solving and development of top-down storylines and recommendations
- analysing quantitative and qualitative information from across the organisation and external sources to generate actionable insights
- creating executive reports on key operational metrics and leading the execution of special projects for the Malaysia office.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or science and experience with developing and executing organisational strategy, preferably from management consultancy or large corporates
- have an excellent analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills as well as a proactive and systematic approach to your work
- are used to communicating complex topics in a clear and concise manner to senior stakeholders for decision making
- are comfortable navigating global stakeholders and content with primary team members working in another time zone
- speak and write English fluently, thrive in an international environment, and are able to create and sustain excellent relationships with your stakeholders.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
