So what’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for an experienced, creative, results-oriented marketer to lead our Partner Marketing team at Pleo. This role leads defining our partner marketing investment model and strategy, building joint marketing plans with strategic partners, executing co-marketing campaigns and programmes to drive customer acquisition and activation, and ultimately helping partners grow their business with Pleo.

We are looking for a candidate that can set and own Pleo’s Partner Marketing strategy, as well as, roll up their sleeves and execute. This individual will become a critical member of the Revenue Marketing Team and will report to our Senior Director, Revenue Marketing while also working closely with Pleo’s Partnerships leadership team.

In this role you will..

  • Work closely with the Partnerships, Sales and Marketing teams to build a cohesive and comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Pleo’s accounting, consulting and technology partners in EMEA in each of our core markets
  • Define priorities, investment model, scaling mechanisms and success metrics for our marketing efforts with our partners
  • Plan and execute a wide variety of marketing campaigns including content campaigns, email programmes, webinars, trade shows, hosted events and more to help acquire net new partners and increase partner referrals in our markets.
  • Collaborate closely with our local field marketers to ensure partners are represented in local GTM initiatives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with the marketing point person at strategic accounting, consulting and technology partners.
  • Manage and evolve the Pleo’s partner programme requirements and benefits to attract, retain and grow our partner community.
  • Develop and present reporting that tracks against key KPIs and evaluate performance to recommend improvements
  • Hire, manage and coach a small but mighty team of partner marketing professionals

What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in B2B marketing roles
  • 3+ years of specific partner marketing experience with a track record of collaborating with technology partners and consulting partners, to build joint marketing plans and execute marketing programmes and campaigns that deliver results in terms of partner growth, referrals and pipeline
  • Are an experienced people manager - you’ll be building a team of partner marketers, so we’re looking for someone who knows how to develop, lead, motivate and get the best out of people
  • Are self-motivated, energetic and results oriented marketer
  • Excel in a fast paced, highly matrixed environment and embrace change and ambiguity
  • Are a credible communicator with impeccable presentation skills
  • FinTech/SaaS background would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Have the ability to travel, to engage and connect with your team and stakeholders
