The Role
As a Digital Content Specialist, you will join the Digital Marketing EMEA Team, who drives brand awareness and engagement through performance marketing, digital media, and content marketing. Supporting all EMEA markets, we create tailored strategies, optimize campaigns, and ensure consistent, high-quality content deployment across multiple platforms to maximize the reach and impact of our global brands.

In this role, you will lead and support all global digital content marketing initiatives, ensuring evergreen content across blogs and social media, producing engaging editorial and visual materials. You will collaborate with global and local teams to maintain brand alignment and drive momentum for WSA's hearing aid brands, ensuring consistent representation across all media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual content marketing calendar that incorporates various product launches, key seasonal moments, and commercial and cultural events. Identify content gaps and relevant themes to drive momentum for our key brands.
  • Liaise with local marketing teams to identify topics that enhance brand awareness and consideration in different markets.
  • Collaborate and align with global brand teams on content themes, formats, and tone of voice, ensuring all content produced adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Support content creation, ranging from writing and editing blog posts, white papers, and monthly social media posts, including graphics and copy.
  • Drive the implementation of social media content on platforms such as LinkedIn Facebook, Instagram and circulate content to local marketing teams in the region.
  • Improve content adoption rates with local marketing teams by ensuring relevant and engaging content is delivered.
  • Educate other teams in the company on latest developments and trends in content marketing

Candidate Profile
Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing at both strategic and tactical levels, possibly from a creative agency and/or in-house environment.
  • Proven ability to develop editorial content, including blogs, white papers, and short-form content for social media channels.
  • Fundamental understanding of SEO, keyword research, and backlink generation

Personal Competencies

  • Excellent at working cross-functionally with global and local teams, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
  • Efficient in managing multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality content and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Skilled in creating engaging and innovative content across various formats and platforms to captivate diverse audiences
  • Proficient in analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and marketing strategies
