Who you are
As our new Student Assistant in Alfa Laval Nordic, it is vital that you enjoy supporting colleagues and ensuring everything is planned and structured for success. You need to understand complex systems while keeping the big picture and can handle large amounts of information and data. As a team player person, you are proactive, positive, committed, and independent, with a great drive. You work structured and methodical with a keen eye for detail. You understand finding the right compromise between the advanced processes and execution.
About the job
We offer 12 – 15 timers hrs. weekly – with the possibility of planning according to your lectures and exams. Your main tasks will be:
- You will assist our Sales & Division Managers in cleaning, working, and refining data from various sources.
- You will perform data quality checks, data transformation, data integration, and data visualization tasks.
- You will support our sales teams in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for our customers.
- Other administration tasks
What you know
You are currently studying Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or similar.
Ideally, you have established a foundation in data management competence like:
- Excel, Power BI etc.
- Data cleaning and crunching
- Visualizations and reporting
- Data structure & product configuration
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written is a prerequisite for this position.
