Your Role: As an Associate in the IT Portfolio team, you will be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing various business concepts to ensure they are effectively integrated into our strategic portfolio. You will support and lead workshops designed to understand and address business needs, collaborate with stakeholders to propose and develop new ideas, and serve as a communication link between IT and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Idea validation: Evaluate and prioritize business ideas for integration into the strategic IT portfolio.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops to understand business needs and propose innovative solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective dissemination of information.
• Project Management: Support implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data, develop content for reports, and create presentations that have a direct impact on our organization.
• Executive and Organizational Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations for executive management and the wider organization to communicate project progress, strategic recommendations, and key insights.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in IT, Business administration, Management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Location: The position is based in Middelfart at our headquarters. Travel to be expected.
