About the role

Do you want to work with a modern product portfolio for the next generation of offering to our industry and society? Now we are looking for a first Product Development Line manager in our Welfare Product Development organization.

In this unit, you will be one of 11 PD managers in a global Team. In Skellefteå, we currently have 4 PD managers of which you could be one. The other PD managers are located in Norway, Poland and India.

As a Product Development Line Manager within Welfare Product Development, you will be responsible for a team of highly skilled developers, UX designers, architects and system analysts. We work in teams where each team have end-to-end responsibility for a part of our product.

In this role you will:

• Lead a team of highly skilled and motivated people, including people development and recruitment to the team
• Contribute to developing a positive atmosphere and working culture, taking the best out of each team-member
• Be a core part in our leadership network, collaborating with managers to enable and drive needed changes to meet our challenges
• Stay updated on technology trends, software development methodologies, and relevant tools. You’ll need to guide your team in creating effective solutions

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar
• Excellent communication skills, and to be fluent in English and have at least basic Swedish knowledge
• At least 5 years of experience within IT and product development

It would be great if you also

• Like to be a driver in digitization and collaborate just as well remote as in-person
• Have previous experience as a manager
