Manage and optimize strategic partnerships at the executive level
At its core, your job is to typically manage 5-7 strategic technology partners with specialties across AI & Analytics, cloud, Physical Access Control or a wide variety of hardware device manufacturers. In conjunction with the selected Technology Partner you will develop joint solutions & value propositions on and around Milestone’s Open video management Platform as well as other core products and services.

To succeed, you must apply a strategic mindset, see opportunities, and prioritize beyond short-term goals. You will set direction and be the bridge between multiple stakeholders, working with in-house and partner developers, commercial profiles, and at the CxO level.

Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Manage and optimize strategic technology partnerships
  • Develop and implement joint go-to-market and technology co-innovation strategies
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Continuously optimize your overall partner plan, including prioritization, tactics, as well as development and tracking of KPIs
  • Facilitate and evangelize sales through regional sales teams
  • Build and drive the innovation roadmap together with partners – and ensure mobilization and execution within the Milestone organization
  • Track and report on performance and identify areas for further investment or improvement

Ideally, you will be based at the Milestone HQ in Copenhagen, where you will be close to many of your key internal collaborators. However, for the right profile, other options are possible, as a hybrid workplace and flexibility are natural parts of life at Milestone. You will typically travel 2-3 days on average per month throughout the year to meet customers and colleagues.

Solid commercial experience across strategy, tactics and stakeholder management
Being the one that sets direction and brings together multiple inputs requires a positive and self-driven personality topped with the stamina to overcome unforeseen obstacles. Additionally, you must be able to spread your personal passion for results and ethical standards to those around you. This also calls for your ability to understand a challenge from both sides of the table and clearly state “why, what, who, and when.”

Additionally, your resume comprises:

  • A commercial or technical degree at minimum bachelor’s level
  • 10+ years of experience in a commercial facing role
  • Solid experience within stakeholder management and expectation setting
  • Solid experience in preparing written presentations based on logic and data
  • Good English skills, written and spoken
