Customer satisfaction and reliability are key
The purpose of Application Operations is to deliver high quality IT Operations services to Systematics customers for solutions in the Healthcare sector and other critical industries. Our goal is to ensure 24/7 reliability and availability via continuous improvements. We are proud to say that we have a high customer satisfaction – and we are eager to retain it.
Applications Operations consists of two well-established, highly competent teams of dedicated developers and SRE engineers, in total app. 20 colleagues based in Aarhus and Bucharest.

Dynamic people manager role
Your main responsibility is to manage a portfolio of internal SLAs, ensure budget adherence, keep developing the services, and lead your team's performance, collaboration, and well-being. You will be heading a team of app. 10 team members distributed in both Aarhus and Bucharest.
In short, you can look forward to:

  • People management including regular 1:1’s and development talks.
  • Ensuring your teams performance, motivation, and improvement mindset
  • Cooperations with project managers in Systematic; establish and maintain Engagement Agreements, ensuring clarity on services, collaboration and reporting
  • Facilitate monthly planning and day-to-day operations using Kanban and scrum.
  • Manage budgets, efforts, and expectations across your portfolio.
  • Monthly reporting to relevant internal customers
  • Take part in incident management when needed.

Your daily contributions across the teams drive customer success, playing an important role in our company’s growth and performance.

Energetic and proactive manager, who can easily take the lead
We expect you to have 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the IT domain and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. It is a role where you will have the opportunity to grow as a manager and expand your capabilities. In specifics we are looking for:

  • People Management experience and ability to foster a positive team culture and collaboration
  • Experience in the IT domain and some technical understanding e.g. ITIL and scrum
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Some experience with project management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Fluency in both Danish and English is a requirement
  • Willingness to some travel activity, max 10 days per year

As a person you enjoy variety and you thrive in handling diverse projects within a portfolio. Close collaboration comes naturally to you in combination with an ability to stand firm when needed. You like a good laugh and contribute with your positive mindset and focus on the team.
