Are you our new Global Measurement Manager? Are you excited about managing a team of data scientist delivering incrementality studies & attribution modelling for a global client? Do you have experience in managing global client relationships? If so, then you want to look at this.

Our new Global Measurement Manager will manage a team of four data scientists & one project manager. Your role oversees a global client relationship developing, defining, and deploying a global measurement framework covering incrementality tests and attribution modeling. You should estimate the role to cover minimum 50% of your time. Your team works closely with our Econometric Modeling team joining all three measurement techniques into one holistic marketing performance evaluation.

This is the job

  • Client management
    You are in weekly contact with the global client securing client update on progress and results. You are also involved with local clients in markets introducing test scope of work and supporting your team when presenting results back.
  • Team management
    You manage the team of 4 data scientists and one project manager. This job covers team management only, not HR
  • Delivery: Develop, Define & Deploy:

Develop:
With your team your role is to secure test framework is updated & aligned with changes in the market as new buying platforms arrive, data metrics change and client performance KPI’s develop.

Define:
You define a yearly incrementality test and attribution modeling implementation plan by market. Once approved by client your job is to secure team allocation for fast & efficient deployment.

Deploy:
Your team works with local GroupM specialist teams in markets setting up incrementality tests and attribution modeling execution. You report progress to client and adjust plan and resources whenever needed.

This is you

  • Senior project management experience 4-5 years
  • Experience with Incrementality, Attribution and Econometric Modelling is a requirement. If you have a data scientist, digital planner, or digital buyer background it is an advantage. However, you will need to demonstrate a good understanding of digital measurement metrics and implications for performance evaluations.
  • Experience in managing teams. The role requires team project management only, not HR management.
  • Experience from Media Agency, Digital Performance Agency or Research agency is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • You feel comfortable working in a dynamic global environment with frequent need for change and adaptation.
  • You are fluent in English, and preferably Danish too.
