We are looking for a skilled IT Security Specialist to be part of the Security department. Role and Responsibilities with Impact

You will be part of a team where we cover the entire spectrum from operational security to risk management, and depending on your qualifications, there is room to develop in several directions to bring your specialized skills and motivation into play.
Some of the responsibilities are:
- Design, implement and maintain our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard
- Develop and update security policies, procedures and controls to minimize risks
- Translate security policies into clear and operational procedures for the entire organization
- Ensure procedures are effective, practical and compliant with legislation
- Liaise with different departments to ensure proper implementation of procedures
- Monitor and report on compliance with security policies and procedures
- Identify and report on any security breaches or deviations
- Prepare reports and presentations to management on security status and initiatives
Your Profile
You have strong analytical skills and business acumen, and recognize yourself in the following qualifications:
- A relevant education at bachelor level or higher
- Several years of experience implementing and maintaining ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001
- Solid understanding of security policies, procedures, and controls
- Experience translating policies into operational procedures
- Knowledge of relevant information security and data protection laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
