For our Manufacturing site in Harboøre, Denmark, we are looking for a
IT Supporter
Collaborating closely with the IT support team, you will provide on-site support in Harboøre and remote assistance across EMEA. Your role involves system and application support, troubleshooting, and handling diverse IT issues, requiring professionalism, adaptability, and solid technical experience. Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive mindset are essential for success.
What You'll Do With Us:
- Provide support and resolve inquiries, documenting work in "ServiceNow."
- Handle and solve incoming support tasks for business applications.
- Ensure correct use of applications and equipment, including maintenance of user manuals.
- Prepare and configure new workstations, laptops, and mobile phones, and assist with IT equipment installation.
- Work with tools like Microsoft SCCM, Intunes, Powershell, VMware ESXi, and manage user accounts across various platforms.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call service
Your qualification
- Trained IT supporter, system administrator, or relevant IT qualification with 3-4 years of experience in IT support.
- Practical experience with systems such as Active Directory, Teams, Office365, Windows 11, Microsoft SCCM, SharePoint, printers, and networks.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and configuration.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Positive, flexible, service-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills in English and fluency in Danish.
