YOUR JOB
As a Student Worker, you will be instrumental in managing, configuring, and supporting our JIRA and Confluence platforms. Your primary focus will be on optimizing these tools to align with our organisation's agile needs.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organisation, effectively communicating and understanding their needs. By shadowing key users, you will gain insights into their work processes to better tailor JIRA configurations. You will ensure that the JIRA and Confluence platforms are maintained, updated, and effectively integrated with other tools and services used by the organisation.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Set up, configure, and maintain the Jira and Confluence platforms to align with the organization’s workflows and processes.
• Manage user permissions and ensure that team members have access to the necessary information and tools.
• Keep the systems running smoothly by performing regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Configure workflows for different projects, ensuring that they reflect the actual processes and facilitate efficient project management.
• Handle integrations with other tools and services to ensure that Jira and Confluence support the specific needs of the organization.
• Provide training and support to users, helping them to make the most out of Jira and Confluence features.
• Create and manage documentation related to system configuration, user guides, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently studying a relevant degree within IT
• Interest in technology and system administration
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
