HR System Specialist

With us you will be:

• Working together with L&D to ideate and implement development ideas & suggestions to enhance the user-experience and simplicity of our solutions
• Collaborating with the vendor to find best solutions for supporting the business needs in the learning area
• Taking a lead in release management and other projects to improve the functionality of the system
• Interacting with end-users through service requests, chat and other tools, answering various topics primarily regarding learning management system and our global HR processes
• Ensuring that all the support & guidance material is up to date and readily available to end-users
• Educating our end-users to get the best out of our solution globally
• Ensure clean training and worker data, doing clean-up and check-up processes
• Work with company mandatory trainings and reporting

You will be a great fit if you:

• Have good understanding of most common HR processes with the ability to vision how systems and processes best support each other
• Are able to see the big picture as well as dig into details
• Are fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
• Have structured and independent way of working with a can-do attitude
• Are support-oriented and attentive to details
• Are able to work in a multi-cultural team
• Have HR field related work experience within learning and training. Experience with Cornerstone or other HCM system will be considered as advantage
