Job Purpose:

The Functional Product Owner will ensure comprehensive global and product portfolio needs are reflected in commercial process requirements. You will Collaborate with platform teams to design and launch world-class user experiences and customer journeys. This role will anchor the business transformation in the clarity of process needs to deliver connected and mature processes at Maersk through Co-ordination and Holistic Oversight, this role owns impactful results of the broad portfolio of Lead to Agreement (LTA) deliverables.

The Lead the Agreement (LtA) team in transforming the way customers experience commercial processes.

Job Description:

• Take responsibility for defining and implementing process domains.
• Ensure connected process landscape through collaboration with Functional Product Organization.
• Collaborate with the Functional Product Organization to build a community of process experts across domains.
• Co-own the end-to-end process landscape at Maersk with multiple Functional Product Owners.
• Drive standardization, automation, embedded control measures, and operational measurements to support the Global Integrator strategy.
• Contribute to the realization of the Global Integrator strategy through process excellence and innovation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of commercial processes.
• Act as a key stakeholder in driving business growth by optimizing processes and customer experiences.

Person Specification:

• An individual experienced in driving alignment and collaboration across Global teams.
• Experienced in designing improvements within the commercial processes to enhance user experiences and customer journeys.
• Skilled in the Implementation of standardized processes, embedding control measures, and measure operational effectiveness.
• Strong Stakeholder Engagement with a background in Continuous improvement
• Able to drive Innovation.
• Experienced in driving Performance Metrics across global teams Defining and tracking key performance indicators related to process efficiency and user experience improvements.
• Data driven with the ability to Analyze data to assess the impact of process changes and make data-driven recommendations for further enhancements.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and active listening skills.
• Communication effectiveness.
