As a key player in the Nordic purchasing landscape, we represent Coop in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and SOK in Finland, negotiating Nordic agreements and innovating products for our Private Brands portfolio. This diverse portfolio encompasses both food and daily non-food items within our private brands, Xtra, Coop, and Änglamark. Over the last few years, we have seen a rapid growth in the sales of our private brand products, which we expect will continue in the years to come.

As our student your task will be to support our assistant group across our 3 purchasing departments with various tasks. You will also have a key role in providing assistance for a cross-functional, strategic project. You will therefore have a central role with extensive involvement and interaction.

Your primary tasks:

• Handling of production samples – ordering, receiving, registration and distribution
• Assist with sending out packages
• Ensure correct logistics labels from our suppliers
• Contract administration
• Product registration for our four partners – Coop in the Nordic countries

Your background and your working style:

• You probably have a gap year/semester and have completed high school
• You like coordinating and planning
• You are flexible and like different kinds of tasks, also practical ones
• Experienced user of the Office package, and a general flair for IT systems
• Curious and has a can-do attitude
• Detail-oriented and structured
• Service-oriented, outgoing and good at collaborating
• Good level of Danish and English - both spoken and written

Place of work: Currently, our office is in Taastrup - however we are moving to Vesterbro in January 2025. Presence at the office is a requirement.
