The Position
The Project Manager within Product Transfer is a unique opportunity, where you will be part of a small team responsible for driving the transfer standardization strategy for the first product introductions on the new global network of new Aseptic Production facilities. This is done in close collaboration with Manufacturing Development team, production sites and regulatory affairs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive a global technology transfer framework across multiple sites.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops and effectively engage with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Generate standard validation documents to be used across the new Aseptic Production facilities.
  • Support the process of securing a robust process for product transfer and ongoing process verification.
  • Challenge the company's standard practices by harvesting all benefits through closed collaboration with regulatory affairs.

The job is ideal for a curious, people-driven, and result-oriented Project Manager who enjoys working in a flexible, collaborative, international, and open-minded environment.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, your experiences should include:

  • An academic degree in Science, Engineering or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in aseptic production or in product/technology transfer related to the pharmaceutical industry with a complex supply chain.
  • Understanding of GMP and regulatory landscape.
  • Ability to create overview of complex processes including data structures and risks.
  • Proven ability to work with colleagues with different skills, cultures, various physical locations, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

About the department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
