🚀 Your role & impact:
We are currently growing our Lily’s Garden team and are on the search for an experienced Game Analysts to support the team on the LiveOps side. Instead of having a centralised Analytics team, our analysts are integrated directly into our game teams. This ensures that our teams have dedicated experts who comprehend the nuances of data and the evolving needs of individual teams. The impact you’ll have on the team’s success is by validating their decisions with data, providing invaluable insights which will help shape product roadmaps and by helping us foster a culture of data-driven decision making. You will therefore have a genuine impact on the game and on improving our players’ experiences. Okay, let’s get a little bit more specific. Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day:

• Analyse the performance of Lily's Garden game to help the LiveOps team understand player behaviour, what to improve in the game and what is the estimated impact of each improvement
• Create compelling dashboards to monitor key metrics of the game
• Work closely with the LiveOps team to design, analyse and derive conclusions from A/B tests
• Help game designers and product specialists to balance game features
• Work with developers to define the necessary tracking data points in the game
• Present your findings to stakeholders and propose courses of action or improvements to the game
• Work closely with the rest of the game analysts on the team and brainstorm on how to solve problems

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in mobile apps data analytics
• High proficiency in SQL
• High proficiency in presenting analyses and results to all audiences, from senior stakeholders to junior colleagues and non-technical teammates
• Experience applying rigorous analytic techniques in order to understand the behaviour of our players and the way they interact with the game features
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Sisense (formerly Periscope), Tableau)

You'll make us extra excited if you also have:

• Prior experience working within gaming/mobile apps
• Familiarity with Python/R
• Understanding of statistical concepts such as sampling, distributions, hypothesis testing and confidence intervals
• An understanding of A/B testing methodologies
