We are looking for a Manager, HR Business Partner who will provide strategy to align business goals with polices, process and programs by driving organizational effectiveness, leading change management, organization development, and delivering talent effectiveness programs. You will be a functional expert, a coach and trusted advisor for our CUBIC organization.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement HR programs, including employee development, performance management, coaching, and compliance initiatives.

Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities and foster a positive work environment.

Support corporate initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and action planning.

Assist in deploying new HR tools and programs and deliver training sessions.

Handle employee disputes and provide support in termination processes.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including hands-on management of employment issues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.

Proven experience in HR program development and execution.

Knowledge of Danish labor laws, including the “Industrial agreement” (Industriens overenskomst).

Ability to navigate complex situations and provide HR guidance.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
