The role

The Commercial Support Specialist (internally called Product Data Coordinator) will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial & Product Management teams through essential data maintenance and portfolio extension. This position involves driving and supporting changes within the Indoor Climate Solutions portfolio, including securing right material creation, data maintenance, and the maintenance of commercial tools. The specialist will lead projects aimed at integrating market insights into product development and ensuring that the portfolio meets market demands. This role also requires effective collaboration with various teams to enhance data accuracy and ensure seamless portfolio integration across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Support and Maintenance:

• Provide essential support for the Indoor Climate Solutions (ICS) portfolio within SAP, ensuring precise and up-to-date data maintenance.
• Assist the Commercial & Product Management teams with key data tasks and portfolio extensions.

Portfolio Development and Management:

• Drive and lead the expansion of the Indoor Climate Solutions portfolio by leveraging market insights and trends.
• Oversee the creation of new materials and tools necessary for the portfolio's growth and commercial success.
• Ensure that all inputs for portfolio extension and creation are clear, purposeful, and aligned with market needs to accelerate time to market.
• Collaborate with the Masterdata team to handle the process of creating SAP item numbers, ensuring all necessary information is provided accurately and promptly.
• Secure the greatest feasible synergy and integration of the portfolio across different markets (SCA).

Project Leadership:

• Act as the project lead for market initiatives to ensure product and solution portfolios are developing according to strategic plans.
• Manage market driven projects, ensuring internal alignment for high execution speed and deliver on promise regarding time to market.

Collaboration and Improvement:

• Connect with different teams and colleagues to improve data accuracy and ensure consistent data management practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate the sharing of information and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the portfolio aligns with overall business strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

• Academic Level: Mid-level qualification.
• Fluent in Danish with excellent English reading and writing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Indoor Climate Products & Solutions, preferably with experience in hydronic systems.
• Strong experience with SAP, including data management and maintenance.
• Verifiable experience in project leadership, with a track record of successful project completion.
• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Structured approach coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Persevering and resilient mentality.
• Agile approach to adapting to changing market requirements and trends.
• This role is based in our office in Hammel, Denmark. We expect the candidate to work onsite, with the flexibility to work a few days from home as needed.
