This position is fully remote and based in the UK and you will report to the recently appointed UK Country Director.

• Develop and execute national brand plans aligned with global strategies
• Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring profitability and growth
• Analyze the UK vaccine market and initiate market research
• Support national and regional symposia and internal meetings
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Create and manage promotional materials using an omnichannel approach
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs on key publications and strategies
• Manage national marketing budgets
• Define strategies to enhance access to vaccination
• Lead new product launch in UK markets

• Master's degree in sciences or business
• Minimum 3 years of successful marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a focus on vaccines
• Experienced in managing the medical, legal, and regulatory review process for the development and approval of promotional and educational content
• Strong understanding of UK healthcare regulations and legal requirements
• Proven budget management skills and experience working with agencies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
