Your mission
As Nordic Purchasing Director, your role is to animate and drive the efficiency of the Purchasing department, while being closely connected to Business to create value in line with our compliance and sustainability guidelines. The Nordic Purchasing Director leads a team of four buyers and reports to the Nordic CFO.

You will…

  • Build a team of buyers with a flexible and collaborative spirit, answering to the business needs, while set up for new challenges and evolutions
  • Build a strong, innovative and relevant Sourcing strategy to maximize value delivered
  • Develop a strong and efficient stakeholders management
  • Implement relevant action plans with the stakeholders to guarantee full compliance and sustainable sourcing to reach the Group’s targets
  • Take part in Budget & trend building, accountable to deliver the performance validated in the Budget identifying risks & opportunities
  • Establish knowledge of the Suppliers market, the top players and the evolution, create the conditions for great deals and innovation with our Suppliers to bring collectively higher value
  • Supervise the most important negotiations

Your profile…

  • Experience in the indirect field of minimum 10 years: ideally in Purchasing, but also in Finance or Marketing
  • Experience in management of a significant team
  • High level of economical sensitivity and an analytical mindset
  • Excellence in stakeholder management in a complex, matrix organization
  • Strong communication skills and great capabilities of influencing
  • Well organized and autonomous with a simplification mindset
