Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for supporting our colleagues on international assignments, playing an active role in the continued improvement of our services for the entire organisation globally.

Welcome to Global People Infrastructure
You’ll be part of Global PD Delivering team where you, together with your two specialised colleagues, will ensure global mobility delivering within the Group. You’ll work in an international environment with colleagues in Europe, Asia, and the US and be part of a bigger team with focus on HR yearly deliveries, HR infrastructure, HR master data, mastering bigger organisational changes, learning, onboarding etc. As a team, we demonstrate a strong sense of collaboration where members communicate openly, share responsibilities, and support each other's growth.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • working alongside your colleagues with individual responsibility of day-to-day mobility case handling
  • handling contact to relocation agents, tax advisors, and other suppliers
  • advising and guiding managers and employees on aspects related to working across borders
  • contributing to our journey of improving our services to the business.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • possess a high level of expertise in global mobility, HR matters related to cross border assignments, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • have experience in supporting global mobility in an international company and are familiar with principles for calculating compensation packages for international assignments
  • are knowledgeable about requirements and limitations for international assignments, incl. work permits, tax, and social security
  • thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders internally as well as both external vendors, colleagues in Global P&C Delivery, and the HRBP community
  • are experienced in driving changes in both the mobility function, as well as company behaviour
  • preferably have experience working with Assignment Pro, Equus, and Mercer.
