Join our global Demand Planning and Data Analytics team, where we specialize in leveraging data-driven insights to revolutionize forecasting and demand planning across diverse international markets. The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will spearhead innovation within our team, focusing on comprehensive data analysis spanning multiple countries. Your pivotal role involves designing solutions and automations for data manipulation, analyzing and deep diving on the performance of Global and KA forecasts, developing Power BI dashboards, and collaborating seamlessly with global teams while providing crucial support to local counterparts. This position is instrumental in enhancing our forecasting accuracy and optimizing inventory strategies to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize forecasting and inventory processes, procedures, and reports
- Harness actionable insights from diverse internal and external data sources to elevate forecast accuracy and streamline inventory optimization
- Lead and contribute to projects aimed at elevating data quality, uncovering valuable business insights, and implementing innovative data-driven strategies
- Conduct meticulous analyses including data identification, collection, integration, and compelling presentation of findings
- Innovate and refine controlling tools and analytical KPI reports to drive informed decision-making
- Support continuous improvements in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and reporting
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Operations, Business/Data Science, or related disciplines
- Proven track record as an analyst specializing in demand forecasting, supply planning, logistics, or inventory management within mid- to large-scale international organizations
- Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel VBA, or similar platforms
- Exceptional analytical acumen and problem-solving skills with a robust ability to interpret complex data
- Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or similar tools is advantageous
- Solid understanding of forecast models, supply chain processes, and industry best practices
