On behalf of the Danish jewelry company Sophie Bille Brahe ApS, Randstad is looking for a skilled Finance Assistant who can ensure high quality in task execution and is eager to become part of the growth journey of an ambitious international company.

responsibilities
As their Finance Assistant, you will be an important part of the Finance function at Sophie Bille Brahe’s headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen. Here, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the company's accounting and bookkeeping, and you will work closely together with their Finance & Operations Director regarding the operation and ongoing development of the Finance function and with their external bookkeeping consultants.

Your tasks will vary, but the primary responsibilities will include:

• Weekly accounts receivable follow-ups and reconciliation
• Various reconciliations
• Ongoing inventory management and coordination of stocktaking
• Being part of the month-end closing procedure, including preparation of monthly reporting and various reports and analysis
• Ad hoc administrative tasks and finance-oriented projects

We are looking for a candidate who, with your professional competencies and solution-oriented mindset, can see yourself contributing to Sophie Bille Brahe’s continued success. In this regard, we imagine that you possess the following qualifications:

• Hold a relevant education in office administration or accounting
• Have experience with above tasks from a similar position
• Are proficient in the use of Excel
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and meticulous in your task execution, while also being able to complete tasks and meet deadlines
• Are service-minded, work independently, and enjoy taking responsibility and ownership
• Have good communication skills in English, both orally and in writing – Danish language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
