About Us
You will be joining our Planning team, where we currently are six highly skilled professionals supporting our COO for Personal & Business Customer unit. The purpose of our team consists of three key pillars:
- Enable the leadership team by supporting, coordinating, and driving the P&BC COO agenda while connecting it to our strategic contexts in Danske Bank
- Support organizational change across capabilities together with leaders and stakeholders
- Leverage synergies and enhance cooperation across the value chain, while ensuring holistic progress and execution, and stepping in to support if relevant
Your responsibilities and opportunities
Together with colleagues, you will support our leadership group and organisation, to increase understanding of our strategic direction and improve employee engagement.
Specifically for the role supporting our internal strategic communication:
- Design and implement the organisational communication plan
- Write engaging posts for our internal communication channels and support leaders and colleagues by training and advising them in visibility and change communication issues
- Drive, facilitate and support Events, town halls, open mics, team visits and other gatherings both digitally and face to face
Specifically for the role supporting our Programme:
- Work with the program owner in a PMO function to plan and execute the communication needed,
- Be part of the Planning team to help connect to broader COO story and agenda
- Support on developing and co-creating the core-story and key messages together with both the PMO and key stakeholders to help anchor a deeper understanding across the value chain
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.
Our new joiner
We are looking for a communications professional with a particular interest in change communication. We imagine that you:
- Integrate communication and other capabilities creatively, while ensuring deliveries
- Have great planning abilities from a waterfall as well as from an agile perspective
- Have a relevant degree and background – for instance from a communication team, a planning unit or maybe as an executive advisor
- Have great communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
