Our Welcome team is looking for new friends to join us in our brand-new Copenhagen office next to Marmorkirken. Your responsibilities will reach the entire Danish market and be a pillar for best practices in the rest of the Nordics. This opportunity is for you to expand and build upon your career through increased responsibilities and growth talks with your new Team Leader Mohammed Kadim.
As our new Business Onboarding Specialist, your task will consist of performing Initial Due Diligence on new applications. This includes initial screening, telephone contact with the customer, and uncovering the business model and risks. We bear great responsibility regarding our professionalism, ensuring we are up-to-date on current legislation and meet the legal requirements to know our customers. It is essential to have uncovered and mitigated any potential risks. This goes naturally along with the best customer experience which in our perspective contains a high-performing mindset of speaking with our customers about their business plan and to fit their professional needs through our products.
The onboarding of new customers isn't just a process, it's a milestone for our customers, and with each new onboarding, we bring direct value to the growth of Lunar!

- Have an interest in KYC (know your customer) and AML (anti-money laundering), and experience working with it is preferable
- Work well in a fast-paced environment, actively engage in risk-taking discussions, challenge norms, and see solutions to obstacles.
