In support of this journey, we are now searching for an ambitious Identity & Access Management Architect.

As an Identity & Access Management Architect at Blue Water Shipping, you will be part of the Security organisation, reporting to the Head of IT Security, and will be responsible for designing, maintaining and enhancing the ecosystem used to manage identity and access lifecycles across the line-of-business applications in the Blue Water ecosystem. You will work closely with HR, IT, and other support functions to balance business needs with security and compliance requirements for current and future developments.

You will have the primary ownership of the services responsible for providing lifecycle management for identities and access across the Blue Water Shipping IT landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, implement and operate reliable, scalable, high-performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and solutions
• Review, update and recommend changes to Identity and Access policies, standards, and procedures to mature the IAM program
• Drive the technical vision and design to ensure identity architecture is compliant with the least privileged model
• Champion an automation-first mindset, supporting process improvements in on- off- and reboarding
• Serve as the subject matter expert for IAM architecture to support current and future IAM strategy
• Write specifications, how-to documentation, and best practices guides for the services within your scope
• As needed, provide day-to-day operational support in account lifecycle and access management tasks

Passionate Identity professional with a desire to learn
We value your skills and personality more than your educational background, and envision the ideal candidate being:

• experienced in and/or passionate about designing and working within IAM processes
• experienced working in a multinational context
• proactive and self-driven with acute awareness of deadlines
• able to articulate security requirements to non-technical individuals
• comfortable working with lightweight software development and scripting languages
• proficient in English and preferably Danish

Whilst not a requirement, it will be viewed favorably if you are:

• experienced working with Microsoft Identity Manager or similar IdP systems
• familiar with agile working disciplines
• familiar with the business and security requirements related to HR-processes for on- off- and re-boarding
• experienced working within a security framework such as ISO27002, NIST CSF, etc.

Our HQ is located in Esbjerg with major offices in Greve, Odense, Taulov and Aarhus. Location of the role depends on the candidate.
