The position
As a Project Manager you will be part of the Project Management Office and the heart of our project. You will drive the development and implementation of governance and monthly reporting processes, ensuring seamless compliance with organizational standards and regulations. Your expertise will shine as you facilitate the setup and management of steering committees, providing crucial guidance and oversight for our project initiatives.

Collaboration is key, and you will be at the heart of it, working alongside project managers, team members and other relevant stakeholders to maintain compliance and consistency across the project. Your role is crucial in maintaining transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making processes within the project.

Your responsibilities will span broad in your support to the project and the head of the PMO. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and implement governance processes

• Facilitate the setup and management of steering committees to provide guidance and oversight for project initiatives

• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment with governance requirements and project objectives

• Provide guidance and support to track leads and project teams in implementing governance and steering group best practices and standards

• Drive initiatives to continuously improve and strengthen steering group setup and project reporting

At the moment, the workplace is at our project office in Høje-Taastrup, but within the coming year it will be in Odense.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field (engineering, project management, business administration, economics or similar), and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience within complex project, program and/or portfolio management

• A flair for IT systems, especially within MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and maybe even project management tools

• Experience within the pharmaceutical or/and construction industry would be preferred

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or similar) is a plus

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

As a person, you are comfortable taking initiative and you bring a good sense of humour to work, even when the pressure is on. You possess a curious, analytical and systematic mindset. You understand that good communication is key to success working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You embrace a can-do attitude, proactively striving for higher levels of performance and not afraid of being challenged by peers and stakeholders.

About the department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEX). The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), which globally employ approximately 28,500 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
