Do you want to be part of it?
We are now hiring a Sr. Growth Marketer responsible for optimising our marketing spend and performance to grow revenue and market shares in our key markets.

You will report directly to the CMO, Kirstine Møller Pedersen, and be part of a Marketing team of 9 awesome and ambitious colleagues as well as an extended inbound sales team.

You’ll get the opportunity to form an agile working Growth Team together with our Web & SEO Manager and Marketing Automation Specialist. In addition, you’ll work with a talented agency to ensure we’re constantly challenging ourselves and innovating our growth strategies.

The position is full-time and based in our Copenhagen office on top of the legendary Vega.

What would be your responsibilities?
For our Sr. Growth Marketer, we foresee the following responsibilities, but you'll have the opportunity and freedom to influence and define them with us.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to help drive acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and analyse marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Working with our tech stack (SalesForce, ChiliPiper, WordPress, etc) to continuously optimise our processes and performance
  • Own and optimise our analytics and tracking in collaboration with the CMO, Web & SEO Manager, and RevOps team.
  • Work with our Sales organisation to drive pipeline progression and identify and execute ABM campaigns in key markets
  • Optimise website and landing pages for conversion rate optimisation, using A/B testing and data analysis to improve user experience and drive conversions.
  • Stay updated on best practices, emerging technologies, and performance marketing trends to continuously innovate and drive growth strategies.
  • Support our campaign, content, and webinar strategies to scale our demand-generation efforts and thought-leadership position

What makes you a great match?
This role is ideally suited to a candidate with strong analytical thinking, an expert understanding of paid metrics, tests, and strategies to optimise performance, and a passion for using marketing to create and capture demand and drive revenue growth and retention.

Using LinkedIn and Google as our primary channels for growth, previous experience in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company is an advantage. You should have strong stakeholder management skills, and excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a fast-paced environment.

However, we acknowledge that talent takes many forms, and we would still like to hear from you, even if you don't think you match all the points below.

How will this role progress?

  • Get yourself familiar with the team and tech stack
  • Have an overview of prioritisations and growth opportunities identified

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Drive performance and growth within Penneo together with our CMO and the rest of the team
  • Have made a significant contribution to our growth and success

About our interview process:
We know that going through a recruitment process can be pretty demanding sometimes, so we want you to know what to expect:

  • Call with our CMO, Kirstine (~45m): Getting to know each other, assessing for mutual fit, introduction to the impact and goals for the position.
  • Collaboration round (~1h): Together with two team members, you will discuss your approach to a problem scenario to assess collaboration fit and ways of working.
  • The practicalities (~45m): Closing talk with CMO, Kirstine agreeing about compensation, starting date, and all other practical details.

All of our interviews can be conducted remotely, scheduled via email and Google Meet for audio/video calls if you prefer.
