Office & Admin Officer
We are searching for an Admin Officer in Bangkok office who possess strong office skills, with responsible for schedules, organization and customer relations.

You can look forward to a range of exciting tasks, but your focus will be:

  • Provide general support to customers and visitors
  • Handling and transferring incoming telephone calls
  • Preparing documents, uniform, name card, and equipment to new staff
  • Handling meeting room reservations and organizing catering for the meeting
  • Supervise the maid and Purchase office supplies and stationery
  • Handling all administrative tasks relating to the office and to the building, electrical, air-conditioner, car parking.
  • Provide Visa and work-permit, booking hotel and flight tickets including transportation, canteen, etc
  • Coordinate with Sales team
  • Organize and make appointments on SKOV’s events and activities
  • Maintaining overall staff welfare and safety of the workforce
  • Provide support to the MD in various projects and initiatives, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments when required.
  • Support Service Department in some admin tasks
  • Coordinate with every department to ensure smooth operations and efficiency
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

To be a success, we expect that…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English Communication, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience at least 3 years in the field or in a related area.
  • Having strong experience in general affairs
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Develop and maintain the internal relationships and co-operation within the company as a hole
  • Proficiency in MS office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience from working in one or more international companies. Knowledge from European companies will be advantage.
  • Service mind, dynamic, highly committed
  • Thai nationality, age 28-35 years
